Sample G10 parts first to be sure everything is right before cutting carbon fiber.

Yes all white parts are custom plastic printed.
I have made some test with http://www.shapeways.com and the quality is real good.

It's not like other printed plastic. More like layered powder or something like that.

Looks like a really good service, what's the finish like? Is it expensive?

It's sell by the quantity of material so you have to design the parts with the less material possible.
The White is the cheapest of all.

The quality is good and the finish (For the white) is a bit textured.
You can see that it was a powder that has been use.

I have all other parts, 20x Digital mini servo metal gear, carbon fiber to cut parts and other electronics.
