ALL IN-STOCK ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 9.30AM GMT WEDNESDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME WEEK.

• Items up to 0.25Kg and from 2Kg to 4Kg can be sent using Royal-Mail First Class Recorded, however, insurence is only available up to £36 GBP!
• Items up to 10Kg are sent tracked and insured using Royal-Mail Special Delivery.
• Items over 10Kg are sent as multiple parcels below 10Kg using Royal-Mail Special Delivery.
• Goods sent using Special Delivery or Parcelforce 48 can only be insured up to a value of £2500 GBP.
• Goods sent using First Class Recorded can only be insured up to a value of £36 GBP.
• Once items are shipped you will receive a tracking number and related tracking web site.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package.
• We have given you the option to pick your desired level of postal insurance, however, in the unlikely event of lost or damaged goods, the courier will not refund more than the insured sum..

Shipping Rest Of World

• Packages up to 2kg can be sent using Royal-Mail Airmail Signed For or Royal-Mail Airsure® which takes about 5 to 7 days to arrive to worldwide destinations. Airsure® is usually 1 to 2 days faster.
• Orders over 2Kg are shipped as multiple packages.
• Airmail Signed For service is only tracked within the UK. Airsure® service is tracked to the destination, but is only available in elegibale countries.
• Packages can only be insured up to a value of £500 GBP each.
• Once items are shipped you will receive a tracking number and related tracking web site.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package.

Returns

• Goods returned must be received in as new condition with all seals intact and the product unused
• Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete and will be returned
• All returns must be authorised and an RMA Returns Form included with the returned product
• Carriage costs for despatch and returning the Goods are your responsibility
• The Goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us
• All goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery

Product Limited Warranty

• All returned Goods must be authorised and an RMA number included with the returned product. The number can be obtained either by phone or by completing our RMA Returns Form
• Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product)
• Return shipping cost are your responsibility (refunded if found faulty)
• The goods are your responsibility until signed for by us

• We will offer a refund OR if found defective a working replacement will be sent to you
• We will refund your return shipping costs

• A £10 test fee will be charged and the goods will be returned to you as received together with a test report
• You are responsible for any collection or return delivery charges incurred
• We will offer a refund subject to a re-stocking fee of £20 or 20% (which ever is greater) in addition to the £10 test fee
